Application Instructions For Lease

The Application for Lease at Meadowbrook is an online process of two parts. Applicants must complete both the online form AND the credit check for an application to be considered.

Part 1) All applicants (and co-applicants) must complete all required fields of the Application For Lease online form below.

Part 2) All applicants (and co-applicants) must also complete a background check with TransUnion SmartMove which incurs a fee of $40. This service allows Meadowbrook West, LLC to check the credit score and criminal history of all applicants in a data secure online system. Please note that you will be contacted directly from SmartMove to complete this portion of the rental application.
